- Western blot analysis of NOX4 in human kidney lysates with NOX4 polyclonal antibody at 2.0 ug/mL (Cat # PAB12095). A non-specific band is often observed running at 50 kDa in tissue lysates which is believed to correspond to the human IgG heavy chain.
