- Western blot of HOXB6 in HEK293 lysate was performed using 35 µg protein in RIPA buffer. Lysates were probed with a HOXB6 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-37867) at a dilution of 1 µg/mL and incubated for 1 hour, followed by chemiluminescent detection.
