- 3T3 Mouse cell extract was separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with Monoclonal Anti-B23 (Nucleophosmin/NPM), clone FC82291(GTX10530). The antibody was developed with Anti-Mouse IgG (Fab), alkaline phosphatase and an NBT/BCIP substrate. Antibody dilution 0.2 μg/mL.
