- Western blot analysis of HeLa and HepG2 cell lysates (5 ug) were resolved by SDS - PAGE , transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with NPM1 monoclonal antibody , clone 5E3 (1 : 1000) (Cat # MAB1082). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
