- Western blot analysis of SCTR was performed by loading Human liver cancer tissue lysate (40µg) on to a 10% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a SCTR antibody (Product # PA5-49734) at a 1/600 dilution for 20 seconds, followed by Goat anti Rabbit IgG - H&L (HRP) at 1/10000 dilution.
