- Western Blot: Jurkat cells induced with 2 mM of Camptothecin for 6 hours. stained with anti-Caspase 7 active antibody (ARG20047). The antibody detects only the large subunit of cleaved caspase-7. The antibody does not recognize full le ngth of caspase-7 or other caspases.
