- Western Blot: Granzyme B Antibody (B18.1) [NBP1-97525] - Detection of recombinant granzyme B. Granzyme B migrates as a 27 kDa species. Method: Recombinant granzyme B was resolved by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with the monoclonal anti-granzyme B antibody B18.1 at 1ug/ml. Proteins were visualized using a peroxidase-conjugated antibody to mouse IgG (SBA) and a chemiluminescence detection system

- Flow Cytometry: Granzyme B Antibody (B18.1) [NBP1-97525] - An intracellular stain was performed on U937 cells with Granzyme B [B18.1] Antibody NBP1-97525AF647 (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 2.5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Alexa Fluor 647.
