Activin RIIA was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human prostate cancer tissue using 15 µg/mL Goat Anti-Human Activin RIIA Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF340) overnight at 4 °C.
