- HeLa cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.5% saponin. Fixed cells were stained with 10 μg/mL Monoclonal Anti-Rab7 Clone: Rab7-117 (GTX16196). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Atto-488 conjμgate.
