- Western blot analysis of NAP2 expression in MCF-7 whole cell lysates (lane 1). NAP2 at 19KD was detected using rabbit anti- NAP2 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # PB9878) at0.5 μg/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method (Catalog # EK1002).
