- Detection of Human beta 2-Microglobulin by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line and COLO 205 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human beta 2-Microglobulin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8248) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for beta 2-Microglobulin at approximately 12 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human beta 2-Microglobulin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8248, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB002, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0102B).
