- Description
- This antibody detects predominantly the NR2C isoform but may show low level cross-reactivity with the NR2A and NR2B isoforms. In Western blot, this antibody detects a ~140 kDa protein representing NR2C in rat brain homogenate. Faint bands representing the NR2A and NR2B isoforms at 180 KDa may also be observed. Immunohistochemical staining in rat brain with OPA1-04020 yields a pattern consistent with plasma membrane staining. Reconstitute with 50 µL of PBS.
