Laminin alpha 3/Laminin-5 was detected in immersion fixed MCF 10A human breast epithelial cell line using 10 µg/mL Mouse Anti-Human Laminin alpha 3/Laminin-5 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2144) for 3 hours at room temperature. - Laminin alpha 3/Laminin-5 in Human Skin. Laminin alpha 3/Laminin-5 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human skin using Mouse Anti-Human Laminin alpha 3/Laminin-5 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2144) at 25 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS002) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
