Experimental details

Western blot analysis of mouse liver tissue extracts (80 ug) were resolved by SDS - PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with ANGPTL3 monoclonal antibody, clone 1D10 (1 : 1000) (Cat # MAB1061). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system. Arrows indicate ANGPTL3 proteins. Upper is a full-length protein (about 63 KDa) and lower is a cleaved form of ANGPTL3 proteins (about 35 KDa) (Ono M. et al., 2003).
