- Detection of Mouse FoxD3 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of D3 mouse embryonic stem cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Mouse FoxD3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5090) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF019). A specific band was detected for FoxD3 at approximately 50 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.

- FoxD3 in D3 Mouse Stem Cells. FoxD3 was detected in immersion fixed D3 mouse embryonic stem cells grown on iMEF using Goat Anti-Mouse FoxD3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5090) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel; Catalog # NL001) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel).
