- Mouse cerebellar cell lines stably expressing human GFP-LC3 fusion protein were evaluated by Immunocytochemistry using the LC3 Antibody Cat.-No AM32460PU-N (Clone 166AT1234). Punctuate autophagic cell vesicles, with numerous GFP-LC3 vesicles are displayed. Conditions: 1:1 methanol:acetone fixation, 0.2% saponin permeabilization.

- Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma reacted with Autophagy LC3 Antibody Cat.-No AM32460PU-N (Clone 166AT1234), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
