- Western blot of NUP35 in human liver lysate in the 1) absence and 2) presence of immunizing peptide, 3) mouse brain lysate and 4) rat brain lysate using Polyclonal Antibody to NUP35 at 2 ug/ml, 2 ug/ml, 1 ug/ml and 1 ug/ml respectively. Goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody, and PicoTect ECL substrate solution, were used for this test.
