- Western blot analysis of Collagen I expression in Wistar rat hepatic stellate cells (HSC) in control (GFP-transduced) (lane 1), PPARg-transduced cell lysates (lane 2). Load: 100 μg per lane. Collagen I at 138.9 kDa was detected using biotin conjugated rabbit anti-Collagen Type I Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # B00329) at 0.2?? μg/10 ml. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method (Catalog # EK1002).
