- Cell lysates of HeLa (lane 1), Jurkat (lane 2), 293T (lane 3) and the extracts of mouse liver tissue (lane 4) (20 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with TGFBI monoclonal antibody, clone k1H12 (Cat # MAB2058) (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
