- Detection of Human Laforin/EPM2A by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human heart and brain tissue, and HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL Mouse Anti-Human Laforin/EPM2A Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5714) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). For additional reference, recombinant human Laforin (3 ng) was included. A specific band for Laforin/EPM2A was detected at approximately 38 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 3.
