- Western Blot analysis of LRRC8B using LRRC8B Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112101) at a dilution of 1:500. Lane A: NCI-H292 whole cell lysate, (Lysates/proteins at 30 µg per lane). The secondary antibody used was a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H&L)/Dylight 800 at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 92 kDa. Observed band size: 92 kDa.

- Immunoprecipitation of LRRC8B was performed on (Lane A) 0.5 mg HepG2 whole cell lysate using 1 µL of LRRC8B Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112101) at a dilution of 1:500, and 15 µL of 50 % Protein G agarose. A Dylight 800-labeled antibody to rabbit IgG (H+L) was used as a secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:5000. Developed using the odssey technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 88 kDa. Observed band size: 96 kDa.
