Detection of human BARD1 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (10 µg) from Jurkat, Hep-G2, K-562, MCF-7, and A-549 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BARD1 antibody (Product # A300-263A; A300-263A lot 4) used for WB at 0.04 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Experimental details

Detection of human BARD1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BARD1 antibody A300-263A (lot A300-263A-3) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. BARD1 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot A300-263A-2). For blotting immunoprecipitated BARD1, A300-263A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
