- Immunogen affinity purified. NB600-1518 specifically binds to MMP19 and does not cross-react with the other MMP family members (MMP1, MMP2, MMP3, MMP9, etc). The zymogen of MMP19 is found at 58 kDa and is activated to a 55 kDa form, a 45-47 kDa form, and then to a 28 kDa final active form.
