- Detection of Mouse S5a/Angiocidin by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of 3T3-L1 mouse embryonic fibroblast adipose-like cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Mouse S5a/Angiocidin Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5540) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF019). A specific band was detected for S5a/Angiocidin at approximately 55 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.
