- ChIP qPCR analysis of L3MBTL2 Monoclonal Antibody, Recombinant (Product # 730017). ChIP was performed on HeLa chromatin using L3MBTL2 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody. Realtime PCR was performed for positive and negative control locus targets using Isotype antibody as a negative control. Data is presented as fold enrichment of the ChIP antibody signal versus the negative control IgG using the comparative CT method.

- Immunoprecipitation analysis of Anti-L3MBTL2 Recombinant Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (Product # 730017). Immunoprecipitation analysis was performed on HEK293 cells over expressing flag tagged L3MBTL2 protein. Western blot using anti-flag antibody was performed on the raw lysate (lane 1), and samples immunoprecipitated with Anti-L3MBTL2 Recombinant Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (lane 2). Multiple bands do not indicate cross reactivity as only the tagged protein is detected but rather the presence of multiple tagged isoforms of L3MBTL2 or truncated forms of L3MBTL2.
