- Detection of Mouse and Rat RIBP/SH2D2A by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of CTLL-2 mouse cytotoxic T cell line and Nb2-11 rat lymphoma cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Mouse/Rat RIBP/SH2D2A Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6265) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for RIBP/SH2D2A at approximately 46 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
