- Western blot analysis of NEK7 in Positive control: Lane 1: NIH/3T3 cell lysate, Lane 2: Jurkat cell lysate. Samples were transferred to PVDF membrane, blocked with 5% BSA (1 hour), incubated with NEK7 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-34877), at a dilution of 1:500, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP (1 hour) with a dilution of 1:5000.
