- Detection of Human and Mouse ERK4 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of LNCaP human prostate cancer cell line, Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, and TS1 mouse helper T cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat ERK4 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3914) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for ERK4 at approximately 60 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 3.

- ERK4 in Raji Human Cell Line. ERK4 was detected in immersion fixed Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line using Rat Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat ERK4 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3914) at 3 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL013) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
