Detection of human LRRK2 by PAb to LRRK2 (human) (AT106) (Prod. No. ALX-210-928). Method: Cell extracts of HEK 293T transfected with an expression vector encoding either for Flag¨-tagged human LRRK2 (lane 1) or Flag¨-tagged human LRRK2_N (lane 2) were run on a SDS-PAGE gel and analyzed by Western blot. After transfer, the nitrocellulose membrane was probed with PAb to LRRK2 at 1:1'000 for 1 hour at room temperature and then incubated with a goat anti-rabbit horseradish peroxidase (dilution at 1:4'000).ÊÊ
