Experimental details

Detection of Human MCPH1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, CHP-100 human neuroblastoma cell line, PC-12 rat adrenal pheochromocytoma cell line, Rat-2 rat embryonic fibroblast cell line, and Neuro-2A mouse neuroblastoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human MCPH1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3998) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). A specific band was detected for MCPH1 at approximately 105 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
