Handling

Immunoblotting: use at 1-10ug/ml. A band of ~39kDa is detected. Immunohistochemistry: use at 2- 20ug/ml. Immunoprecipitation: use at 1-2ug per 100-500ug of total protein. These are recommended concentrations. Enduser should determine optimal concentrations for their applications.
