Experimental details

Immunofluorescent Staining: BALB/c splenocytes were incubated with either Hamster IgG (as an Isotype Control) or purified Hamster anti-Mouse CD79, and then stained with Mouse anti-Hamster IgG (H+L)-FITC. Small lymphocytes were gated and analyzed on a FACScan(TM) flow cytometer (BDIS, San Jose, CA). Amount Used: 1 ug/10e6 cells.
