- Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat DGK-theta by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line, TF-1 human erythroleukemic cell line, HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line, mouse brain tissue, and rat brain tissue. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human DGK-theta Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6598) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for DGK-theta at approximately 110 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
