- Western Blot detection of endogenous and overexpressed TIGAR using PAb to TIGAR (AT122) (Prod. No. ALX-210-947). Method: Cell extracts from HEK 293 (lane 1), HEK 293T (lane 2) or HEK 293T transfected with a plasmid coding for human TIGAR (lane 3) were resolved by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, transferred to nitrocellulose and incubated with the PAb to TIGAR (AT122) at a 1:1'000 dilution for 1 hour. Proteins were visualized using a peroxidase-conjugated PAb to rabbit IgG and a chemiluminescence detection system.
