- Western blot analysis of human cell lines using MAb to TIGAR (human) (Woody-1) (Prod. No. ALX-804-872). Method: Total protein extracts from various human cell lines (293T,THP-1, U937, and HeLa) were run on SDS-PAGE and TIGAR was detected by MAb to TIGAR (human) (Woody-1) at 1:1'000 dilution. Anti-mouse IgG coupled horse radish peroxidase was used at 1:5'000 dilution for ECL detection.
