- Western Blotting Analysis (Representative lot data): Rat brain tissue lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membranes and probed with Anti-Necdin Antibody (1/1,000) dilution. Proteins were visualized using a Donkey Anti-Rabbit antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.Arrow indicates Necdin (~36 kDa).

- Immunohistochemistry Analysis (Representative lot data): Paraffin-embedded mouse cerebellum tissue was prepared using heat-induced epitope retrieval in EDTA, pH 8.0. Immunostaining was performed using a 1/100 dilution of Necdin Antibiody Cat.-No Cat. No AP32747PU-N. Reactivity was detected using the IHC-Select Detection Kit. Staining pattern appears as cytoplasmic.
