- Immunocytochemistry using B4GALT1, mAb (GT2/36/118) (Prod. No. ALX-803-339). The specificity of the monoclonal antibody was confirmed by immunofluorescence staining of the Golgi apparatus in HeLa cells. Method: B4GALT1, mAb (GT2/36/118) was diluted 1:500 and applied to saponin-permeabilized HeLa cells (after fixation in 3% paraformadehyde). A goat-anti-mouse Alexa488 antibody was used as secondary antibody. DAPI was used to stain the nuclei. The Golgi apparatus shows as a typical perinuclear structure.
