- Western blot of NSG1/NEEP21 in fetal mouse brain lysate was performed using 35 µg protein in RIPA buffer. Lysates were probed with a NSG1/NEEP21 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-37939) at a dilution of 0.1 µg/mL and incubated for 1 hour, followed by chemiluminescent detection.

- Immunofluorescent analysis of NSG1 in DIV9 cells using a NSG1 Monoclonal antibody (Product # PA5-37939) at 3 µg/mL. DIV9 cells from Hippocampus E18 Rat embryos showed exclusive localization (red, Alexa 568) within the neurons (MAP2 staining in blue, Alexa 647) and not in the glia (GFAP staining in green, Alexa 488). Right panel shows the same cells in phase contrast.
