- Detection of human KCC3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using RIPA buffer from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-KCC3 antibody A304-410A (lot A304-410A-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. KCC3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-KCC3 antibody BL16488. For blotting immunoprecipitated KCC3, A304-409A-1 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
