- Western blot analysis of MBD3 in HeLa cell lysate (nuclear fraction) in the A) absence and B) presence of immunizing peptide. Samples were incubated in MBD3 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA1-41126) using a dilution of 2 µg/mL.

- Immunohistochemical analysis of MBD3 in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human placenta. Samples were incubated in MBD3 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA1-41126) using a dilution of 1:300 for 1 hour at room temperature followed by the Anti-Mouse IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody. Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to cell nuclei in horionic villi.
