- Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat HSPH1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HT-29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line, NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line, and Nb2-11 rat lymphoma cell line untreated (-) or treated (+) with heat shock at 42 °C for 30 minutes and allowed to recover at 37 °C for 3 hours. PVDF Membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat HSPH1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4029) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for HSPH1 at approximately 110 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.
