- Cell lysates of HeLa (lane 1), MCF-7 (lane 2), LNCaP (lane 3) and mouse brain (lane 4) (30 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with TREM2 monoclonal antibody, clone 2B5 (Cat # MAB2056) (1:500). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
