- Western blot analysis of IVD in Lane A: Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg), Lane B: Hela Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg) . Samples were probed using a IVD Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-29374) at a 1:500 dilution, followed by a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L), Dylight 800 Secondary Antibody at a 1:15000 dilution. Western blot was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size:47 kDa. Observed band size:40 kDa.

- Immunofluorescence staining of Human IVD in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with IVD Monoclonal Antibody (4) (Product # MA5-29374, 1:300) at 37°C 1 hour. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Goat Anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm.

- Flow cytometric analysis of Human IVD expression on HeLa cells. The cells were treated according to manufacturer’s manual, stained with IVD Monoclonal Antibody (4) (Product # MA5-29374), then a FITC-conjugated Secondary antibody. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
