- Western blot analysis of SRP54 in Positive control: Lane 1: HepG2, Lane 2: MCF-7. Samples were transferred to PVDF membrane, blocked with 5% BSA (1 hour), incubated with SRP54 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-34835), at a dilution of 1:500 (5% BSA, 2 hours), followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP (1 hour) with a dilution of 1:5000.
