- Figure 3 miR-20a regulates CRC cells sensitivity to NK cells depending on NKG2D signaling ( A ) Depletion of NK cells markedly abolished the cell cytotoxicity. CD56 + NK cells were depleted from PBMCs by magnetic sorting. NK cell-depleted PBMCs were then co-cultured with miR-20a overexpressing and knockdown of CRC cells at an E:T ratio of 50:1 for 16 h. ( B ) NK cells were co-cultured with miR-20a overexpressing and knockdown CRC cells at an E:T ratio of 50:1 in the presence or absence of NKG2D blocking antibody for 16 h.
