Lane 1: mouse intestine lysates Lane 2: mouse pancreas lysates probed with Anti FOXA1/HNF3-alpha Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-8634R) at 1:200 in 4°C. Followed by conjugation to secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:3000 90min in 37°C. Predicted band 49kD. Observed band size: 49kD.
