- Detection of Human GRAP2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line, MOLT-4 human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell line, A549 human lung carcinoma cell line, and HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human GRAP2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4640) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for GRAP2 at approximately 40 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
