Experimental details

Detection of human UBR1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-UBR1 antibody A302-987A used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. UBR1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-UBR1 antibody A302-988A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated UBR1, A302-988A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time 30 seconds.
