- Detection of human RRP8 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RRP8 antibody A304-202A (lot A304-202A-1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. RRP8 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-RRP8 antibody BL15381. For blotting immunoprecipitated RRP8, A304-201A was used at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
