- Detection of Human Prostaglandin I2 Synthase by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of SK-OV-3 human ovarian adenocarcinoma cell line, human ovary tissue, human prostate tissue, and human heart tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human Prostaglandin I2 Synthase Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF7788) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for Prostaglandin I2 Synthase at approximately 50 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
